Dr. J.P.S. Gill, Vice-Chancellor inaugurated the seminar as Chief Guest. In his address, he highlighted that NABL accreditation significantly enhances the credibility, reliability, and global acceptance of laboratory testing services.

Dr. Sapna Nanda, Associate Professor has been promoted as the first UPSC-appointed regular Principal of Government College of Education, Sector 20-D, Chandigarh, w.e.f. December 1, 2025 by the office of Director Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration.

The event drew an audience of more than 5,000, with major dignitaries including Prof. S. P. Singh Baghel, Union Minister of State, veteran actor Raj Babbar and leader Rajendra Singh Rathore, who added prestige to an evening filled with energy, artistry and community spirit.

Sharing the details, IDP’s Senior Counsellor Jarnail Singh informed that the Chief Guest for the programme was Professor Gurvinder Pal Thami, Director, Medical Education & Research, GMCH, Sector 32. Professor Thami highlighted that all services offered by IDP Education are completely free of cost, which is highly commendable.

Prof. (Dr.) Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor congratulated the selected students and emphasized the importance of integrity and dedication in the professional arena.

During the interaction, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar expressed keen interest in the Needonomics framework and conveyed his motivation to organize a national seminar at CUH on the relevance and application of the Needonomics School of Thought in the present context.
