Gupta and following his footsteps, Shri Adesh Gupta, Chief Executive Officer has brought name and fame to Liberty Shoes Ltd. which is now considered to be amongst 5 topmost companies of the world. Man's beauty is in his character and Shri Gupta is no exception. He has made rapid strides in recent years due to innate qualities that he inherited from his father.
Born on 27th June 1960, after obtaining the Degree in Mechanical Engineering and attaining specialization in PU Applications for Footwear in Italy and Germany, Shri Adesh Gupta joined as Chief Executive Officer in the year 1983. The year 1983 was a milestone for the LIBERTY as it launched products in domestic market for the first time in India and introduced PU Shoes with Player Brand which were widely accepted due to innovative packing, fashion, latest technology with PU as also light in weight, durable and comfortable.
Adesh once mentioned that he would like to make LIBERTY SHOES LTD. a Corporate where people would come to work with a smile and go back home with a smile. It was a simple statement but one that carried a very deeply entrenched thought. And Adesh Gupta went about implementing his desire with his characteristic inimitable smile and humility.
So, each person at Liberty Shoes was motivated to contribute to the growth of the company and every one was made aware of his/her critical contribution. He made them important to the company and succeeded in putting a smile on their faces. He also went ahead and extended his thought to cover the group of vendors who interface with the company. He made them important to the bottom line of the Company.
