CHANDIGARH, 11.12.22-Music lovers were mesmerised the by rendition of immortal songs of bollywood film Industry at a musical evening organised by " Virbrations " a renowned musical group of chandigarh in association with department of cultural affairs, Government of Haryana. The evening was a special tribute of Late Shri Lata Mangeshkar Ji.


Hon`ble Governor of Haryana Sh. Bandaru Dattatraya, graced the occasion as chief guest, Shri Gian Chand Gupta, Speaker Vidhan Sabha, Haryana was the special guest. Sh. Shailendra Singh a renowned bollywood singer was present as a celebrity guest. He belted out his immortal songs "Main Shayar to nahi" , " Hamne Tumko Dekha" and transported the audience to decade of 70s. He also shared his journey in bollywood music with the audience specially when he was tipped by Biggest showman of the century Mr. Rajkapoor for his upcoming movie " Bobby " in 1973 pairing Rishi Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia.


Senior IPS officer from Punjab Mr. Sanjiv Kalra presented a track " Mere Sapnon ki Rani" was highly applaudedd. First runner up in voice of india, Dipesh Rahi, gave a powerful performance through a song from an old movie "Dosti" Koi Jab rah na paaye. Haryana Raj Bhawan, Controller & Director Hospitality Jagan Bains & an avid singer of Chandigarh Mr Naresh Jacob gave their performance which was highly appreciated. Other who gave their performances include , Sunil Bhatt from UK, Vaishali, Manju, Shreedeepa, Mukesh Rahi, Suman and Uajjwal.


Music was ably directed by the father -son due ,Mr Veval Sharma and his son Geet.
