SHIMLA -8^th October, 2024-Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu have expressed grief over the untimely demise of former BJP leader Rakesh Chaudhary, who passed away today at RPGMC Tanda.

In his condolence message, the Governor paid tribute to Rakesh Chaudhary, recognizing him as a dedicated and industrious leader. He stated that Sh. Chaudhary’s efforts towards the progress and upliftment of the Kangra region will be remembered with great respect and honor. He extended his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for peace for the departed soul, as well as strength and courage for the family to bear this irreparable loss.

Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu lauded the significant contributions of Sh. Chaudhary to public service and the development of the region. He conveyed his deepest condolences to the family and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
