CHANDIGARH, 24.01.25-The Interact Club of Bhavan Vidyalaya organised a heartwarming visit to Pingalwara at Palsora, on the occasion of National Girl Child Day. The initiative aimed to spread awareness about the importance of empowering girl children while extending a helping hand to the residents of Pingalwara.
The team of 25 students, accompanied by two teachers, donated essential items such as groceries, eatables, woolen clothes and indoor games. These contributions were thoughtfully prepared to provide comfort and support to the residents. The visit was marked by meaningful interactions, during which students shared messages of encouragement and hope.
The club members also highlighted the significance of celebrating girl children and promoting gender equality through a short speech. The residents expressed their gratitude, and the experience left a lasting impression on everyone.
