Three arrested in attempt to murder case
A Case FIR No. 76 U/S 190, 191(2),191 (3), 126(2), 109, 351(2), 351(3) BNS & 25-27-54-59 Ams Act has been registered in Police Station Sector- 31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Dinesh R/o Vill Jandi Kalan, District Fatehabad, Haryana against Raj kumar 71/A Vip Enclave, Zirakpur and others unknown persons, accused were on 4-5 Motorcycles and one white Colour Gypsy HR-74 A-5555. Who damaged complainant’s Santro Car HR-08 AD-3266 and attacked complainant, and his friends Vikram and Sandeep, Near Zirakpur Barrier Chandigarh, accused fired at the complainant with the weapon they were carrying. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMCH 32 Chandigarh. During the investigation, accused Raj Kumar @ Sanju R/O # 71-A Vip Enclave Zirakpur Punjab and Happy Kumar R/o 71-A Vip Enclave Zirakpur Punjab were arrested. A Case FIR No. 77 U/S 115(2), 126(2), 109, 3(5) BNS & 25-54-59 Arms Act had been registered in Police Station Sector- 31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Raj Kumar @ Sanju R/o # 71/A Vip Enclave, Zirakpur Punjab against Sandeep R/o # Vill- Badanpur District Jind Haryana and others, they assaulted on complainant and one person took out a revolver and try to shoot him at Zirakpur Barrier on 11-04-2025. During the investigation, accused Sandeep was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.
Theft
A case FIR No. 41 U/S 305(A), BNS has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh on the Complainant of Jagdish Parsad R/O # 367/2 small flats Maloya Chandigarh against Unknown person who stole away complainant 1 gold ring, 2 gold necklace, 1 gold chain, gold locket, silver waist belt, silver temple, one pair payal, one silver chain and 10 silver coins from his residence broken the lock on the night intervening 9/10-04-2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.
Accident
A Case FIR No. 30 U/S 281, 125-A BNS has been registered in Police station Sector- 03 Chandigarh on the complaint of one lady R/o # Village Kaimbwala, Chandigarh against Suraj R/o # 365 BDC Sector-26, Chandigarh driver of E-Rikshaw No.CH-01- TE 7671 who hit Innova Car No. HP-12 N-3257 driven by Gagan near Old Barrigate Chowk on 05-04-2025. During the investigation the accused person has been arrested and bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
Voluntarily to Cause Grievous Hurt.
A Case FIR No. 30 U/S 117(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh on the complaint of Mohd. Hassin R/o # 703/A, Gali No. 13 Village- Daria, Chandigarh against Iftkar @ Janta who slapped the complainant on his ear, due to which the complainant lost his hearing on 03-03-2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.
