Chandigarh Police arrested Satish Kumar R/o # 1930, 2^nd Floor, Room No. 11, Village Burail Chandigarh from near gate no. 1 Dev Samaj College Sector-45 Chandigarh on 14-09-2025, while drinking and creating nuisance at a public place. A Case FIR No. 148 U/S 68(1)/B PP Act & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating

A Case FIR No 115 U/S 319(2), 318(4), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 336(3) BNS has been registered in Police Station Cyber Crime Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint Kapish Choudhary R/o # 3168, Sector 27/D Chandigarh against unknown person who cheated complainant for 32,11,058/- for online investment. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No 89 U/S 281, 106(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh on the complaint of Aaiyaz Khan R/o # 1019, Sector 29/b Chandigarh against driver of unknown vehicle who hit and run to a pedestrian person near light point Sector 29 Chandigarh on 13.09.2025. Victim sustained injuries got admitted to GMCH-32 where declared dead by duty doctor. Investigation of this case is in progress.
