Chandigarh,12.09.17-While stating this here today, Finance Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu said that the state is rapidly moving in the direction of e-governance which had been recognized at the national level. Following the footprints of the Union Government, the state is also realizing the concept of Digital Haryana.
          He said that while one award was conferred on Finance Department under the category for qualifying amongst top 200 smart governance projects in India for redesigning of budget as revenue and capital in Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS), four others were presented to State Treasuries and Accounts Department in the same category for e-GRAS-the virtual payment aggregator, for Online Treasuries Information System (OTIS), for e-stamping and for Integrated Finance Management and Human Resource Management System (IFM #HRMS).
          The awards were received by the officers of Treasuries and Accounts Department and National Informatics Centre in New Delhi. These included Joint Director Mr O.P. Bishnoi, Deputy Director, Mr MK Gupta, Programmer Mr Sunil Kumar, Mr Ashish Dhingra, JL Mehendiratta and Technical Director NIC Mr Virender Trivedi.
