Saurabh Singh, IG, SCB has been given the additional charge of IG, Special Task Force Gurugram. Ashwin, SP/Sirsa becomes SP,Security vice Sh. Ganga Ram Poonia who goes as ADC to Governor Haryana in place of Waseem Akram who will be new  SP,CID.

Haryana Government has a plan to set up an authority for the development of industries on both sides of Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway

Chandigarh, Nov 14- Haryana Government has a plan to set up an authority for the development of industries on both sides of Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, which would not only ensure the development of areas along the Expressway, but also provide employment opportunities to lakhs of youth.
          This was disclosed by the Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal while addressing the people after inaugurating and laying foundation stone of many projects to the tune of Rs 100 crore in Pataudi, Gurugram district today.
          He said that Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) was being constituted to resolve the matters of developers. In this, one Authority would be for Gurugram and other Authority for rest of the districts of the State. “RERA Authority has been finalised and names of the members would soon be announced”, said the Chief Minister.
          The Chief Minister said, “We have constituted Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) for the overall development of Gurugram district. Now, all the developmental schemes of this district would be formulated by this Authority and there would be no need to go to Chandigarh for this.”
          He said that Haryana State Cyber Crime Cell has been set up for keeping a check on cyber crime. A separate police station to deal with Cyber Crime would also be opened, he added.

Chandigarh, Nov 14 – In a survey conducted by EducationToday.co, the Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai in district Sonepat has ranked number 8 in India and number 1 in Haryana. The School would be felicitated in the India’s School Merit Awards to be held in Bangalore on December 9, 2017.
          While stating this here today, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister, Mr. Anil Vij said that top 150 schools and 50 pre-school in international boarding, CBSE, ICSE, State, Army, Boys’ and Girls’ and Pre-School category have been selected out of over 1,355 survey forms.
          The schools have been categorised under 10 parameters such as academic reputation, individual attention, infrastructure provision, innovative teaching, safety and hygiene, sports education, value for money, holistic development, leadership management quality and co-curricular activities. India School Merit Awards, 2017 are based on jury rating and parent’s votes, he added.

Chandigarh, November 14- Haryana Sports and Youth Affairs Minister, Mr Anil Vij said that the state government has approved construction of 730 yogshalas in various constituencies of the state.
    The Minister disclosed this information while presiding over a review meeting of Development and Panchayats Department, here today.
    He said that in the first phase, 10 each yogshalas had been proposed to be constructed in all 90 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of the state. Work is in progress on 430 Vyayam and Yogshalas, while tenders would soon be invited for 215 yogshalas. The state government intent to dedicate 501 yogshalas to the people, by April 2018.
    He said that 678 yogshalas were being constructed on two acres land while 52 yogshalas were being constructed on four acres land. Besides this, those villages where the Panchayats are completing all formalities related to the construction of yogshalas, these yogshalas would also be constructed in those villages. An amount of Rs 147 crore has also been released.
    Those present included Principal Secretary, Panchayat Department, Mr Anurag Rastogi, Superintendent Engineer, Mr Kulwant Jakhar and others.

Haryana State Pollution Control Board is continuously taking stern action to curb rising air pollution due to the stubble burning.

Chandigarh, Nov 14 – Haryana State Pollution Control Board is continuously taking stern action to curb rising air pollution due to the stubble burning. In this direction, the Board has so far taken action against 1586 farmers across the state. Out of which, police case has been registered against 244 farmers and a fine of Rs 18.65 lakh has been recovered from 695 farmers.
          In a statement issued here today, Haryana Environment Minster, Mr Vipul Goel said that Delhi Chief Minister Mr Arvind Kejriwal is doing politics on the issue of smog. In view of National Green Tribunal orders, the State BJP government is quite serious to deal with this issue. Action is being taken on the farmers indulge in stubble burning. At the same time, they are also being awared and sensitized not to burn the stubble, but Delhi’s AAP government has not taken any such steps till date.
          Mr Goel said that even in Delhi, crop residues are being burnt by farmers, but Delhi Government has not taken any action. Apart from giving subsidies to the farmers, he said that the government had spent crores of rupees even after making them aware. But Delhi government has completely failed in this issue. While sharing data, he said that action was taken against 1493 farmers till November 12, 2017 and 93 farmers were screwed up on November 13 alone.
          He said that on the issue stubble burning, action was taken on 369 farmers in Fatehabad and fine of Rs 55,000 was recovered from 21 farmers. Similarly, action has been taken against 79 people in Hisar, 54 in Jind, 138 in Kaithal, 357 in Karnal, 184 in Kurukshetra, six in Panchkula, 40 in Panipat and 301 in Sirsa. So far, fine of Rs18.65 lakh had been recovered from farmers, he added.
          The Minister has appealed to the farmers not to burn crop residue. For this, the government is providing them equipment on subsidy basis. The fertility of land is also shrinks because of the burning of crop residues as this would cause loss to farmers in coming days. He urged them to cooperate in government’s campaign to curb air pollution.

          While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that various activities would be organized by the different departments to create awareness among people about the Constitution.
          He said that Preamble to the Constitution (as it exists on date) would be read out in all educational institutions and government offices. It has also been suggested to organize Mock Parliament in Higher Education institutions like schools, colleges, law colleges and Universities. Besides, essay writing or debate competitions and lecturers would be organized in educational institutions.

Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation has provided financial assistance of over Rs 13.19 crore

Chandigarh, Nov 14- Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation has provided financial assistance of over Rs 13.19 crore including Rs 1.38 crore as subsidy to 2,105 beneficiaries under various schemes upto October 2017.
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Corporation said that members belonging to Scheduled Castes are being provided loans under various categories so as to enable them to set up their ventures and make them self-employable. These categories included agriculture and allied, industrial, trade and business sectors, professional and self-employment sector. Financial assistance under schemes assisted by National Scheduled Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC) is also being provided to them.
          He said that under agriculture and allied sector, loans worth Rs 8.36 crore for dairy and piggery farming, sheep rearing and Jhota Bhuggi was disbursed among 1,506 beneficiaries upto October, this year. Out of which, more than Rs 7.52 crore has been released as bank loan, Rs 83.40 lakh as subsidy and Rs 43,000 as margin money.
          He said that Rs 30.60 lakh had been provided to 47 beneficiaries under industrial sector scheme. Out of which, Rs 23.27 lakh had been released as bank loan, Rs 4.27 lakh as subsidy and Rs 3.06 lakh as margin money. Similarly, under trade and business sector, Rs 3.75 crore had been provided to 511 beneficiaries. Out of which, Rs 2.89 crore had been released as bank loan, Rs 49.22 lakh as subsidy and Rs 37.02 lakh as margin money.
          He said that in the professional and self employment sector, Rs. two lakh has been given to two beneficiaries out of which Rs 1.60 lakh had been released as bank loan and Rs. 20,000 each as subsidy and margin money. Similarly, Rs 74.50 lakh had been released among 39 beneficiaries under the schemes assisted by NSFDC during the same period. Out of this, the share of the State Corporation was Rs 6.35 lakh.

Haryana Health Minister, Mr Anil Vij said that much-awaited cashless medical facility will launch in Haryana from November 30, 2017.

Chandigarh, Nov 14 – Haryana Health Minister, Mr Anil Vij said that much-awaited cashless medical facility will launch in Haryana from November 30, 2017. This will provide cashless treatment up to Rs five lakh for six threatening emergency diseases to all the regular employees and pensioners of the state government.
          In a statement issued here today, Mr Vij said that this decision has been taken keeping in view the long pending demand of Sarv Karamchari Sangh. Initially, cashless medical facility would be applicable to the employees and pensions and spouse or dependents are not covered. However, reimbursement facility for the dependents of the staff would remain continues. This facility would be available in all 67 government hospitals, medical colleges and empanelled hospitals. In these hospitals, employees and pensioners would not have to pay medical bills of up to Rs 5 lakhs.
          The Minister said that to avail this facility, all the departments would have to issue Aadhaar enabled Identity Cards and PPO numbers of pensioners so that patients could not face any difficulty at the time of treatment. Apart from this, the departments would also have to upload list of their employees and pensioners on their website. The cashless medical facility would be provided for cardiac, brain hemorrhage, electric shock, Coma, accidents and ¾ stage of cancer. This would also include important facilities like CT scan, MRI, dialysis and Cardiac cath lab.  
          Mr Vij said that for this, private empanelled hospitals would have to appoint a separate help centers and a nodal officer, who would exchange the patient bills in the concerned departments. These hospitals will be paid in 60 days of receipt of bills. In addition, all the departments have to set up a separate wing under the supervision of the nodal officer, which will simplify the process of payment of bills received from hospitals, he added.

Chandigarh, Nov 14- Haryana Government has notified that the Departmental Examinations of Assistant Commissioners, Extra Assistant Commissioners, Civil Judges and officers of various Departments of the State Government were scheduled to be held in two phases from November 20 to 24, 2017 and November 27 to 29, 2017 at Lajpat Rai Bhawan, Sector 15, Chandigarh have been postponed due to change of syllabus of Assistant Commissioners and Extra Assistant Commissioners.
          While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that now the departmental examinations of various departments of the state government have been scheduled to be held in two phases from December 11 to 15, 2017 and December 18 to 20, 2017 at Saarthak Government Integrated Senior Secondary School, Sector 12-A, Panchkula.
