Chandigarh, April 14 – Principal Secretary, Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department, Dr. Abhilaksh Likhi today visited and reviewed the progress of the Centre of Excellence-Integrated Horticulture Development Centre Sundrah located at Narnaul-Kanina road in village Sundrah, district Mahendragarh.
He said that the Centre of Excellence is to be built on about 12 acres land and to be used for research and development in integrated horticulture in consultation with experts from Israel. 
Dr. Likhi said that one block is for vegetable and another for fruits. The land has been levelled, boundary wall work is near completion and construction for administrative block is under progress along with tanks and borewell installation. The cost of the project is Rs. five crore, he added.
