Chandigarh, Sept 14 – Haryana’s Police Public School Model, the brainchild of Director General of Police, Mr B.S. Sandhu, will be considered for replication by other State Police forces as well as State Police Housing Corporations across the country.

These and other recommendations were made at the concluding day of two-day 6th All India Police Housing Conference organized by Haryana Police Housing Corporation (HPHC) in collaboration with Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), New Delhi in Panchkula today.

Director General, BPR&D, New Delhi, Dr. A.P. Maheshwari, Haryana DGP, Mr B.S. Sandhu, Chairman, HPHC Mr Parminder Rai and Managing Director HPHC, Mr A.K. Dhul interacted with the delegates during the conference which was inaugurated by Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal.

It was also highlighted that Resident Welfare Associations should be constituted in the Police lines for proper housekeeping maintenance thus reducing the excessive dependence on government funds. In addition, BPR&D will develop a separate web page wherein all the Police Housing Corporations will share their best practices regarding adopting of new technologies, details and designs in their projects. A report of more than two dozen recommendations had been compiled on the actionable points that emerge during the deliberations for appropriate action by the State Police Housing Corporations.

Deliberations between Heads of State Police Housing Corporations, technical and other experts focused on four broad categories of ‘Maintenance and Repair of Police Infrastructure’, ‘Uniformity in Construction Norms and Infrastructure’, ‘Architecture Planning’ and ‘PreFab Construction and new techniques’.

Besides issues related to exploring Public Private Partnership Mode, annual maintenance of allied service like STPs, lifts, fire fighting systems and provision of community facilities within police housing complexes were also discussed. Presentations on different subjects were given by the delegates, followed by interactive sessions.

Chief Engineer, HPHC, Mr. Sanjay Mahajan, other senior officers of the police and civil administration and delegates, technical experts also participated in the conference.

Chandigarh, Sept 14– Haryana Government has changed the designation of Joint Director (Admn.), Tourism, Mrs Manita Malik to Additional Director (Admn.), Tourism. The orders regarding posting or transfer of Mrs Manita Malik, General Manager, Haryana Tourism Development Corporation have been withdrawn.

An order to this effect has been issued by the Chief Secretary Office today.

Chandigarh, Sept 14- The Vice-Chancellor, Dr Baldev Kumar of Shri Krishana Ayush University, Kurukshetra said that Prof. Anil Sharma has been appointed as Nodal Officer to coordinate with Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak for smooth conduct of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and D-Pharma examinations and for declaring the results.

While taking immediate action on the appeal of students of BAMS and D-Pharma, the Vice-Chancellor today held a meeting with the administration of university. He directed the officials to take actions to resolve the long pending demand of students.

During the meeting, all demands of the students were sympathetically considered. Directions were issued to immediately resolve demands raised by the students. He said that the concerned departments would be requested for the construction of footpath on either sides of road leading to college and hostel so that they do not facing any problem.

The demand of separate identity card other than library card would be fulfilled soon. Apart from this, the facility of free Wi-Fi facility would be provided in the university campus, for which directions have been issued for immediately start the procedure. Daily newspapers would be delivered in hostel and a newspaper stand would also be put in place in the hostel.

He said that a committee had been constituted to resolve the problems of students related to drinking water, maintenance of building, generator facility and sports. The committee would take immediate action in this regard and submit its report. For meeting other demands, the concerned senior officers would be contacted.

Chandigarh, Sept 14 – Haryana School Education Board has released the revised Date Sheet for Half Yearly Exams, September 2018 from Class IX to Class XII of government schools. The examination will begin from September 20, 2018 will end on September 28 for Classes IX and X and on October 3 for Classes XI and XII.

While giving this information today, a spokesman of the department said that on September 20, Social Science exam of Class IX, Science exam of Class X, English exam of Class XI and History or Physics or Accountancy exam of Class XII would be held.

On September 21, Economics exam of Class XI and Hindi exam of Class XII would be held.

On September 22, Science exam of Class IX, English exam of Class X, Mathematics exam of Class XI and English exam of Class XII would be held.

On September 24, Mathematics exam of Class IX, Mathematics exam of Class X, History or Physics or Accountancy exam of Class XI and Sociology, Business Studies or Chemistry exam of Class XII would be held.

On September 25, Political Science or Public Administration or Biology exam of Class XI and Sanskrit or Punjabi or Physical Education or Entrepreneurship or Urdu or NSQF exam of Class XII would be held.

In a major relief to the milk producers , the Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal has accorded approval to reduce the cess amount on milk from 10 paisa per litre to 5 paise per litre now.

Chandigarh, September 14 : Haryana Animal Husbandry and Dairying Minister, Mr O.P. Dhankar said that in a major relief to the milk producers , the Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal has accorded approval to reduce the cess amount on milk from 10 paisa per litre to 5 paise per litre now.

Mr Dhankar said that the decision was taken in view of the long pending demand of the milk producers. These reduced rates would be effective from February 4, 2016. All those who have deposited the cess at the rate of 10 paisa per litre, their cess amount would be calculated as per the decreased amount (at the rate of 5 paisa per litre) and the difference would be adjusted against future accruals.

Mr Dhankar said that this has been approved as per the provisions under Haryana Murrah Buffalo and other Milch Animal Breed (Preservation and Development of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Sector) Act, 2001.

The department has also issued the notification accordingly.

While giving this information today, a spokesman of the department said that the willing applicants could apply against vacant post by filling up the option of three choices in the prescribed performa. Principals, PGTs, TGTs and DPE from Mewat or Nuh Cadre could apply in Nuh District and the rest of Haryana Cadre could apply in rest of Haryana. चंडीगढ़, 14 सितंबर- हरको बैंक की 51 वीं वार्षिक आमसभा की बैठक के दौरान माईक्रो एटीएम सुविधा का शुभारम्भ किया गया।

श्रीमती नवराज संधू, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, सहकारिता विभाग ने हरको बैंक की 51 वीं वार्षिक आमसभा को मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि बैंक की वित्तीय स्थिति मजबूत है परन्तु अल्पावधि सहकारी ऋण संरचना एक दूसरे से जुड़ी है। अत: केन्द्रीय सहकारी बैंकों और विशेषकर प्राथमिक कृषि सहकारी समितियों का भी मजबूत होना आवश्यक है। आप सभी सहकारी बंधुओं को सहकारिता की भावना से आपस में मिलजुलकर समस्त अल्पावधि सहकारी ऋण संरचना का ध्यान रखते हुये समस्याओं को सुलझाना कठिन है। मुझे पूर्ण आशा है कि हम सभी अपनी समस्याओं को सुलझाने में सफल रहेगें ।
हरको बैंक की 51 वीं वार्षिक आमसभा की बैठक में श्री जगदीप सिंह, रजिस्ट्रार, सहकारी समितियां, हरियाणा, श्री अरूण कुमार शुक्ला, मुख्य महाप्रबंधक, नाबार्ड, श्रीमती किरण लेखा वालिया, वित्त सलाहकार वित विभाग, श्रीमती सुमन बल्हारा, संयुक्त रजिस्ट्रार, सहकारी समितियां, हरियाणा व हरको बैंक व केन्द्रीय सहकारी बैंकों से आए निदेशक भी सम्मिलित हुए।
श्री गुलशन भाटिया, चेयरमैन हरको बैंक ने बैठक को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल के कुशल नेतृत्व में हरको बैंक ने विकास के नये आयाम को हासिल किया है तथा वर्तमान सरकार के सदप्रयासों के परिणामस्वरूप हरको बैंक ने वर्ष 2017-18 के दौरान 35 करोड़, 65 लाख रुपये का लाभ अर्जित किया है जो वर्ष 2014-15 के 16 करोड़, 23 लाख रुपये के मुकाबले में 120 प्रतिशत अधिक है । श्री भाटिया ने कहा कि हरको बैंक ने लोगों की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप अपनी नीतियों में परिवर्तन किया है ताकि इसका लाभ जनसामान्य तक निचले स्तर तक पहुंच सके और इसी उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुये ग्राहकों को अत्याधुनिक सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाने तथा संचार क्रांति के क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों का मुकाबला करने के लिए हरको बैंक द्वारा कम्पयूटराईजेशन किया गया है, इसके साथ ही हरको बैंक व प्रदेश के 19 केन्द्रीय सहकारी बैंकों तथा इनकी सभी शाखाओं में कोर बैंकिंग प्रणाली (सीबीएस), आरटीजीएस,एनईएफटी एवं एसएमएस अलर्ट, एटीएम कार्ड सुविधा, मोबाईल वैन बैंकिंग सेवा सुविधा इत्यादि प्रदान की गई है ।
श्री भाटिया ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार किसानों की हितैषी सरकार है और इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुये हरियाणा सरकार ने उन किसानों को भरपूर उदार वित्तीय राहत प्रदान की है, जो समय पर फसली ऋण की अदायगी कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने रहस्योध्योघाटन किया कि ऐसे किसानों को शून्य प्रतिशत की दर से फसली ऋण प्रदान किये जा रहे हैं । इसका विस्तृत उल्लेख करते हुये उन्होंने रहस्योध्योघाटन किया कि 1 सितम्बर, 2014 से 4 प्रतिशत की राहत राज्य सरकार व 3 प्रतिशत की ब्याज राहत केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा दी जा रही है । इस प्रकार समय पर फसली ऋण की अदायगी करने वाले किसानों को 7 प्रतिशत की राहत प्रत्येक वर्ष प्रदान की जा रही है जोकि अपने आप में एक मिसाल है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत वर्ष 2017-18 के दौरान ही लगभग 5 लाख किसानों को केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार द्वारा 224 करोड़, 89 लाख रुपये की ब्याज में राहत प्रदान की गई है ।
बैंक ने अपने सभी सदस्यों जिला केन्द्रीय सहकारी बैंकों को सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिए वर्ष 2017-18 का सारा फसली ऋण बिना किसी मार्जिन के रखे प्रदान कर उन्हें 21 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की है।
हरको बैंक के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री मनोज कुमार बंसल ने आमसभा की बैठक को सम्बोधित करते हुये कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार और हरको बैंक ने केन्द्र सरकार की योजनाओं को तत्परता से लागू किया है ताकि इनका लाभ जनसाधारण तक पहुंच सके।
इसी उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुये हरको बैंक द्वारा प्रदेश में प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा योजना का शुभारम्भ किया गया है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत प्रत्येक बचत खाताधारक का 2 लाख रूपये का जीवन बीमा किया जा रहा है और इसकी एवज़ में खाताधारक से केवल मात्र 330 रुपये वार्षिक अंशदान लिया जा रहा है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत सहकारी बैंकों द्वारा अब तक 8722 बचत खाताधारकों का बीमा किया जा चुका है।
श्री बंसल ने कहा कि हमनें हरको बैंक के माध्यम से प्रदेश में प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना भी केन्द्रीय सहकारी बैंकों के माध्यम से लागू की है। इस योजना की विशेषता यह है कि इसके अंतर्गत 2 लाख रूपये का दुर्घटना बीमा, बचत खाता धारक का केवल नाममात्र 12 रुपये का वार्षिक अंशदान लेकर किया जा रहा है। जिसको गरीब से गरीब व्यक्ति भी वहन कर सकता है। इस योजना का उद्ेदश्य लाभ कमाना नहीं है, अपितु समाज के गरीब से गरीब व्यक्ति को सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करना है, जोकि एक कल्याणकारी सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है ।
प्रबंध निदेशक ने बताया कि इसी प्रकार से असंगठित क्षेत्र से जुड़े नागरिकों की वृद्धावस्था पेंशन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए भी केन्द्र सरकार की एक महत्वाकांक्षी अटल पेंशन योजना दिसम्बर, 2015 से हरको बैंक द्वारा लागू की गई है और इस योजना के अंतर्गत अब तक 115 नागरिक सदस्य बनाये जा चुके हैं और इस दिशा में अथक प्रयास जारी है ताकि लोगों को, विशेषकर वृद्धावस्था के दौरान, सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अधिक से अधिक लोगों को इसके दायरे में सम्मिलित किया जा सके। उन्होंनें राज्य सरकार से अनुरोध किया है कि प्राथमिक कृषि सहकारी समितियों की वित्तीय हालात को ओर अधिक सुदृढ़ करने के लिए सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली के तहत वितरित किए जाने वाले राशन तथा बिजली के बिल की अदायगी के कार्य को भी इन्हें सौंपा जाए ।
