Chandigarh,24.08.19-A three days Capacity Building Program on Road Accident Investigation and data collection for Police Officers of Chandigarh Police was conducted at Recruitment Training Centre, Police Line Sector 26, Chandigarh from 22nd-24th August, 2019. The program was conducted by SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufactures), New Delhi associated with JP Research. Total 25 Police Officers including Inspector, Sub Inspector, Head Constable and constables from Police Stations, Road Crash Analysis Cell and Recruitment Training Centre attend this theoretical & practical training program. The participants were taught about the following points by Sh. Ravishankar Rajaraman & Sh. Murtuza, trainers of JP Research:

  • Point of Action,

  • Crash data collection form review

Today i.e. 24.08.2019, on the concluding day of workshop, Sh. Omvir Singh Bishnoi, IPS DIG UT Chandigarh was the chief guest who awarded the certificate to the participants. Trophies were also awarded to whom stood the 1st, 2nd & 3rd position in test. During the valedictory session, vote of thanks by Sh. Shashank Anand, IPS, SSP/Sec. & Traffic, U.T. Chandigarh. Ms. Meenakshi Kukreja, Diarector, SIAM, Sh. Harman Sidhu, Founder of NGO Arrive Safe, Sh. Jaswinder Singh, CPS, DSP/Traffic/R&D, Sh.
