The summit was inaugurated by the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh, Gulab Chand Kataria.

· Directs to ensure transport facility for affected students in remote areas

· 7,635 tablets to be distributed to meritorious students by month end

· Rs. 13.91 Crore released under PDNA for 219 schools

Highlighting the importance of innovation and collaboration in urban governance, Shri Kataria described the summit as a valuable platform that brings together policymakers, industry leaders and urban planners to exchange ideas and develop solutions for smart, sustainable and inclusive urban development.
