Culpable homicide

A case FIR No. 148 u/s 105 BNS has been registered at Police Station Sector-11, Chandigarh against Aryan Parbhat R/o Vill-Banjar Distt. Kullu Himachal Pradesh, age-21 years and Parikshit Kaushal R/o Vill-Madhawani, Teh- Kumar Sain, District- Shimla Himachal Pradesh age-24 years, they all take drugs at room No. 93, boys hostel No. 7, PU Campus Chandigarh on 19-11-2024. Vikas took overdose of drugs due to which he got admitted to GH-16 by his friends where duty doctor declared him brought dead. Both accused were arrested. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

A Case FIR No. 179 U/S 303 BNS has been registered at Police Station-34 on the complaint of lady resident of Nayagaon, Chandigarh, who reported unknown person who stole away one laptop Dell company from her Tata Tiago Car No. PB11-CB-2951 parked in front of booth Market Sec-32/C on 13-10-2024. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No. 178 U/S 281, 125(A) BNS has been registered at Police Station 34 against unknown vehicle driver which hit to Hero Honda M/cycle No. HR49A 4844 D/by Daksh R/o # 1583, Sec-23, Chandigarh age-20 years near 21/34 D/Road near Mukat Hospital, Sec-34 side on dated 18-11-2024 PM, driver sustain injuries admitted to GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
