Chandigarh, February 21, 2025 – The Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh Regional Office, is conducting a financial awareness campaign at the ongoing Rose Festival from February 21 to February 23, 2025. The campaign aims to educate the public about various financial frauds and safeguard measures to prevent them.

As part of the initiative, a Nukkad Natak is being performed to creatively engage the audience and effectively spread awareness messages. The street play highlights different types of financial frauds and encourages people to stay vigilant.

Additionally, a digital financial awareness quiz was organized for the students of Government High School, Maloya Colony, Chandigarh. This quiz aims to familiarize students with secure digital banking practices and encourage them to exercise caution while conducting online financial transactions.

Visitors at the festival are also being provided with financial literacy and awareness materials to enhance their knowledge of secure banking practices. Furthermore, officials from the Reserve Bank of India are sharing crucial information on safe digital banking methods to help people protect themselves from financial frauds.
