Energy Minister Anil Vij slams Rahul Gandhi over his ‘Hydrogen Bomb’ remark

“Rahul Gandhi is the first leader to irresponsibly talk about dropping a hydrogen bomb on his own country” – Anil Vij

“Negativity has so overwhelmed Rahul Gandhi that even his vocabulary has turned negative” – Vij

Chandigarh, September 18 – Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister, Sh. Anil Vij today strongly condemned Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s recent press conference remarks referring to a “hydrogen bomb,” calling him highly irresponsible and against the national interest.

While intracting with media persong today, Sh. Vij said that “As Leader of Opposition, Rahul Gandhi has every right to hold press conferences and present his views. However, the kind of negative vocabulary he is using is completely inappropriate. Using terms like ‘hydrogen bomb’ and ‘atom bomb’ in the national context can create fear and confusion among citizens. It is the opposition’s duty to question government policies, but such statements do not serve the nation’s interest.”

The Energy Minister further said that instead of resorting to sensational language, Rahul Gandhi should present concrete evidence to support his allegations. “Negativity has so overwhelmed Rahul Gandhi that even his vocabulary has turned negative. This is why, instead of using constructive language, he continues to use terms that hurt the country,” Vij remarked.

Sh. Vij also reiterated his stance on his official X handle (formerly Twitter), writing: “‘raahul gaandhee jee vishv ke pahale aise raajaneta hain jo apane hee desh mein etam bam aur haidrojan bam giraane kee bhaavana rakhate hain . aap ko patrakaar vaarta mein kuchh bhee baat rakhane ka adhikaar hai. yadi aapakee bhaavana achchhee hai to aap isee baat ke lie koee aur shabdaavalee istemaal kar sakate the parantu hakeekat yah hai ki aap par nakaaraatmakata itanee haavee ho chukee hai ki na aap achchha sochate hain aur na hee achchha bolate hain’’.
It is noteworthy that Rahul Gandhi had recently stated in a press conference, “The truth about vote theft is about to be revealed to the entire country. An atom bomb is big, but a hydrogen bomb is bigger—and it’s coming.” Earlier, on August 7 and September 11, he had also claimed that his party would soon present “dynamic explosive proof” regarding allegations of vote theft.
