A case FIR No. 174 U/S 311, 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Vijay Pal R/o # 1576 Sector 36 Chandigarh against two unknown motor cyclists they robbed complainant’s mobile phone on knife point Sector 33/45 Dividing Road on 04-11-2025. During the investigation, Nitin @ tira R/o # 1530, Village Burail, Chandigarh and Parveen Swain R/o # 1409, Village Burail, Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One person arrested in fake number Plate

Chandigarh Police arrested Mohit @ Batchit R/o # 2311 DBC Sector- 25 Chandigarh from near beatbox Sector-24 Chandigarh on 05 11-2025 along with activa bearing fake number plate CH-01C-4930, where as original number of activa is CH-01AY-2756. A Case FIR No. 167 U/S 341(2), 317(2) BNS has been registered in Police station Sector-11 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress

Three persons arrested in Excise Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Sonu R/o # 1404, Phase 1 Ramdarbar Chandigarh from parking area mandi ground Ram Darbar Chandigarh. On 05-11-2025 and recovered 97 quarters of desi sharab marka jamila santra (180 ml each). A Case FIR No. 209 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-31 Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Amit Kumar R/O # 485, Near Hanuman Mandir, Hallo Majra Chandigarh from open ground near Sampark Centre, Hallo Majra Chandigarh.On 05-11-2025 and recovered 94 quarters of tango santra masaledar desi sharab (180 ml each). A Case FIR No. 210 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-31 Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Sawan Kumar R/o # 4715 4th Story DMC Sector-38/W Chandigarh from parking near # 2260, Maloya Chandigarh. On 05-11-2025 and recovered 40 nips marka empire (180 ml each), 20 nips discount premium whisky (180 ml each) recovered from his possession A case FIR No. 131 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Voluntarily causing hurt

A Case FIR No. 134 U/S 109, 308(4), 351(3), 3(5), 61(2) BNS 25-27-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Manpreet Singh R/o # 2176, Sec-38/C Chandigarh against Lucky Patial and others they fired on complainant’s house on night intervening 04/05-11-2025, four empty cartridges found out side complainant’s house. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No.166 U/S 115(2), 191(2), 126(2), 351(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-11 Chandigarh on the complaint of Shubham Goyat R/o # Ward No. 13, Chopra Pati, District Narwana Jind (Haryana) against Jashan Jawanda, Balraj Jamawari, Deepak Rao and Kudrat Sekhon all attacked on complainant and threatened him. A Case FIR No. 128 U/S 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Cyber Cell Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Harpreet Singh R/o # 156, Industrial Phase-2,Chandigarh against unknown person who cheated complainant for Rs 1,60,900/- on the pretext of online room booking. Theft Case

A case FIR No.157 U/S 305 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Jaswinder R/o # 3910, Sector 22 D, Chandigarh against unknown person who stolen away one gold chain, two gold bangles, four gold gents ring, one gold ladies ring, one gold tikka, one gold earring, six pair silver payal and Rs. 35000/- cash from his house while he was out of city for few days and they noticed the same after came back on 05-11-2025.
