One arrested under Arms Act

A case FIR No. 231 u/s 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station 31 against, the accused Etta S/o Sonu Gupta was apprehended from open ground near House No. 191, Deep Complex, Hallo Majra, on 01-12-2025 at about 4:20 PM while recovering one Kamanidar knife from his possession. The accused has been arrested. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Murder

A case FIR No. 129 u/s 103, 3(5) BNS has been registered at Police Station 26 against unknown occupants of a Creta car sped away after firing on an unknown person who was sitting on a white Kia car No. CH01 CX 7605 near Plot No. 4, Timber Market, Sector-26, Chandigarh on 01-12-2025. The victim sustained injuries and was lifted to PGI, where the duty doctor declared him brought dead. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 281 u/s 106(1) BNS has been registered at Police Station Mauli Jagran on the complaint of Rahul Garg S/o Manhinder Kumar Garg against an unknown driver of a tractor-trailer No. PB13 AL 6481 hit the complainant’s brother Nikhil Garg, who was riding Activa No. HR03 AA-3149 near Nirankari Bhawan, Mauli Jagran, on 01-12-2025. The victim sustained injuries and was taken to GMCH-32, where the duty doctor declared him brought dead. Investigation of the case is in progress.
