One arrested in Theft

A Case FIR No. 49 u/s 305, 3(5) BNS has been registered at Police Station Sector-31, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Singh R/o Wing Cdr Station Adjutant 3 BRD Air Force, Chandigarh stating that Nitin S/o Sh. Virakesh Kumar R/o H. No. N-118/449 Wazirpur Ashok Vihar, Delhi, Age 36 years stole away an air compressor strip from the technical area of Air Force Depot on 12.03.2026. The accused has been arrested. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A Case FIR No. 40 u/s 318(4), 61(2)(B) BNS & Section 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station I/A, Chandigarh on the complaint of Puran Singh R/o Vill. Rajpur, Latifpur, PO Janakhera, PS Gaggan, Saharanpur, UP stating that Vikram Singh, Harsimran Singh, Baljot Singh and others of Raj Immigration Services, Elante Mall, Chandigarh. They cheated the complainant's known person for Rs. 49 lakh on the pretext of sending him abroad. Investigation of the case is in progress.
