CHANDIGARH, 04.04.26-Artiquette, in collaboration with the Fashion Designing Department and TrendsModa Club of GGDSD College, Chandigarh, organized a grooming session titled “Beyond the Ramp: The ABC of Powerful Presence” on 4th April 2026 at the Physics Seminar Hall, SD College, Sector 32, Chandigarh. The session was held for B.Voc FTAD Semester VI students and models participating in PRISMA: Annual Fashion Show 2026 coming up on 7th April 2026.

The session was led by Artiquette experts Ms. Rachna Budwal (Image Consultant), Ms. Asmita Garg (Soft Skills and ESL Coach), and Ms. Twinkle Sabharwal (Style Coach). Through interactive discussions and demonstrations, they shared insights on personal grooming, communication, body language, styling, posture and mindset — emphasizing confidence, self-awareness and professionalism both on and beyond the ramp.

Dr. Indu Mehta felicitated the guest speakers and appreciated their valuable contribution. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, aspiring models and faculty members.

The programme was coordinated by Dr. Sumita Sikka, Convener of PRISMA 2026 along with Ms. Tania Sharma, Organizing Secretary and the Organizing Committee members Ms. Ekta Dhiman, Ms. Dikshita Chauhan, Ms. Rupali Jindal and Ms. Mannjot Kaur.

Principal Dr. Ajay Sharma appreciated the initiative, acknowledging the importance of such sessions in enhancing students’ confidence, personality and professional readiness. The session proved to be a meaningful and enriching experience, contributing to the holistic development of the participants.
