Attempt to Murder
A Case FIR No. 235 U/S 126(2), 118(1), 109 BNS has been registered at Police Station 31 on the complaint of Sonu Kumar Yadav, resident of Hallo Majra. The complainant reported that an unknown person quarreled and stabbed him with a knife near his house on 15-11-2024 . He was injured and admitted to GMCH-32. A juvenile was arrested and sent to a juvenile home.
Accident
A Case FIR No. 77 U/S 106, 281 BNS has been registered at Police Station Sarangpur on the complaint of Bhushan, resident of Sector 38. The complainant's nephew, Hardeep Kumar, was hit by an unknown vehicle near Milk Colony, Dhanas to Toga Road, on 16-11-2024. Hardeep Kumar was declared dead by the duty doctor at GH-16.
Cheating
A Case FIR No. 199 U/S 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered at Police Station 17 on the complaint of lady resident of Patiala, Punjab. The accused, Vikas Sharma (owner of Immigration Solution), along with Amit Arora, Tarun, Rachit Bajaj, and Tarandeep Kaur, allegedly cheated the complainant of approximately ₹41,51,539 under the pretext of sending them abroad on a study visa for Australia. Investigation of this case is in progress
