Chandigarh, January 20 - The legal community is set to witness a significant milestone with the upcoming release of three groundbreaking legal texts on new criminal laws authored by Dr. K.K. Khandelwal, IAS (Retd.). The books titled "A Treatise and Commentary on the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita", "A Treatise and Commentary on the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita", and "A Treatise and Commentary on the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam" are scheduled for release on January 23, 2025, at 4:30 PM. This prestigious event will take place in the Main Punjab and Haryana Bar Association Room, located in the premises of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The function will be graced by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Sh. Sheel Nagu, who will officially release these texts.
