According to her putting one’s heart and body while chasing the ambitions is the only formula of success that she knew and had experienced. While explaining it to the audience Pooja Dhingra said, “I would say have fun with it, enjoy it and know that it is a lot of hard work and dedication. Time in the kitchen. When your friend is off you will be working. I had to miss family weddings, etc., in the first three years- the reward is as big. For me the best part is to imagine something the flavors working on a recipe and it comes to life. When your idea is realized in difficult hours, it brings so much happiness and joy”.

Achieving numerous heights of success was just a part of Pooja’s big dream, but for many, it’s hard to believe that a young woman can alone climb different peaks using the ladder of courage and determination. “She was often asked who is the manager/owner since people were skeptical of her being the owner chef, “It would always be like where is your father, where is the owner. For them to comprehend that there is a young girl doing it was quite shocking,” Pooja further added.
