Chandigarh,28.07.13:I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Chef Sandy Krebs.  I am the winner of the 2009 American Culinary Federation’s Achievement of Excellence Award.  This award is given to properties that show a passion for the culinary arts through their exemplary food and beverage program.  Only nine restaurants worldwide received this award in 2009, and mine was one of them.
I am passionate about cooking.  I am a lifelong learner of new techniques that enhance my skills.  I have an eye for detail, and my skills lie not only in the kitchen, but extend to the cost effective and profitable running of the establishment.   I have worked in the United States, The Virgin Islands, Europe and India as a team member in many fine establishments.  I impress upon my staff with word and deed that we are all working in concert for one reason; to provide the guests with an unparalleled dining experience.
