Mahendragarh, 20.09.24-A four-day Induction Program started from Friday at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor of the University said that the University is a centre of knowledge acquisition. From today your life is going on that path which will play a decisive role in building your future. This is an opportunity to prove yourself and establish your acceptance in the society. On this occasion, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Sushma Yadav, Registrar Prof. Suneel Kumar, Dean Research Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma and Dean Academics Prof. Sanjiv Kumar also addressed the participants.
Prof. Anand Sharma, Dean Students Welfare gave a detailed presentation to the students in this program and mentioned the various facilities, resources and student-friendly efforts available in the University. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that in today's time there are many options available to acquire knowledge. In this era of Artificial Intelligence, it is necessary that you have the skill of asking questions. The Vice Chancellor said the students that you should also move forward in the direction of your all-round development. For success, move forward with mental positivity, give importance to time management and be ready for innovation.
Prof. Sushma Yadav, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University said that all of you are educated and your induction is starting from today. The aim of this event by the University Grants Commission is to eliminate the fear of ragging among students, to save them from depression, to make them aware of the resources available in the institutions and to motivate them to make the best contribution towards study and research. Prof. Sushma Yadav mentioned various aspects focused on body, mind, soul and knowledge and showed the students the path to a healthy body, mind and subconscious and to acquire knowledge from it. She motivated the youth to strive for the welfare of human society and humanity.
Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Dean Research and Prof. Sanjiv Kumar, Dean Academics, give information about various facilities, made the students aware of the possibilities of a better future. Prof. Suneel Kumar, Registrar of the University presented the information about the functioning of the University and various important officials related to it to the students and said that we all are always available to support you. On the first day of the event, the University's Controller of Examinations, Finance Officer, Registrar, Provost, Chief Security Officer, Librarian, Director of Training and Placement Cell and Medical Officer made the students aware of the various facilities of the University and their functioning. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Renu Yadav, Deputy Dean Student Welfare. On this occasion, a large number of students, faculty members and officers were present.
