MAHENDERGARH,28.09.24-The NSS Induction Programme 2024 was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. Tankshwar Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Sushma Yadav, and DSW Dr. Anand Sharma, with Mrs. Mamta Yadav, member of HPSC, Panchkula, as the chief guest and Dr. Parvesh Kumar, Assistant Professor at JNU, New Delhi, as the keynote speaker.
Dr. Parvesh Kumar motivated the youth by signifing the words of Swami Vivekanada and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay and Mrs. Mamta Yadav highlighted the power of youths with the ability of be dynamic and full of enthusiasm.
The event saw active participation from NSS volunteers and was introduced by NSS Programme Coordinator Dr. Pradeep Kumar, followed by a brief introduction by Dr. Yudvir, NSS Programme Officer. The dignitaries released the NSS Annual Activity Report, accompanied by a report brief by Dr. Mukesh Upadhyay, NSS Programme Officer. Dr. Neelam, NSS Programme Officer, delivered the vote of thanks. This induction programme marked the beginning of a new chapter for NSS volunteers, emphasizing the importance of community service, social responsibility, and nation-building. The event aimed to inspire and motivate volunteers to work towards the betterment of society.
