CHANDIGARH, 29.11.24-In a significant development, Dr. Rupesh Kumar Singh, President of the Punjab and Chandigarh Chapter of the Bihar Foundation, along with other office bearers including Sh Niraj Kumar Singh, Sh Binay Shankar Jha, and Sh Pallav Kumar, recently had a productive meeting with the Honourable Governor of Haryana, Sh Bandaru Dattatraya Ji.
