Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Jasvir Singh Resident of Village Barnala Kalan District SBS Nagar Pb against Maninder Singh, Paramjit Singh R/o M/s RS Immigration Consultant SCO No. 129-130, 2nd Floor, Cabin No. 204, Sec-17C who taken Rs. 1,85,000/- from him and failed to provide him visa and work permit for Dubai and not returned his money back. Investigation of this case is in progress.
A Case FIR No 190 U/S 409,420,467,468,471,120B IPC and 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Mohd. Shahjad R/o VILL. Tanda Distt. Baghpat (UP) against owner of Fly Dream Overseas Office No. 407, 4th Floor, SCO No. 107-109,Sec-34A Chandigarh who cheated complainant for Rs. 57,000/- and provide him fake offer letter and contract letter. A Case FIR No 191 U/S 409,420,467,468,471,120B IPC and 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Shalley Bazaz R/o # 4, Sharika Vihar, Roopnagar Jammu & Kashmir against European Education Consultant SCO No. 232-234, Sec-34A Chandigarh. She alleged that she provides all documents required for the work permit Visa for a Malta Job to the said company, but they neither provide any service nor assistance for the Visa and work search.. A Case FIR No. 192 U/s 406, 420 IPC has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Suneel Parmar R/o Vardaan Immigration SCO No. 255, Sec-44, Chandigarh against Prince Sharma and Sunil Kumar who cheated complainant and his students for Rs. 65,20,000/- by providing them fake visa and fake air tickets. Snatching
A Case FIR No 165 U/S 304, 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Parkash Kumar R/o # 714, Sec-38A Chandigarh age-24 yrs against two unknown boys who snatched away his cash Rs. 4500/-, Aadhar card and pan card from near park Sec-38 on 28-11-2024.
