NEW DELHI, 16 December 2024: Bahrain is set to become the epicentre of the Formula 1 world in 2025, hosting both the highly anticipated Bahrain Grand Prix (10-13 April) and the F1 pre-season testing (26-28 February). This dual event promises to deliver limitless experiences for motorsport fans from around the globe – as well as some winter sun along the way.

Bahrain Grand Prix: a racing spectacle (10-13 April 2025)

The Bahrain Grand Prix, a staple in the Formula 1 calendar, will once again light up the Bahrain International Circuit 10-13 April 2025. It was the first Formula 1 track in the Middle East, and it is known for its dramatic night race under the floodlights. The Grand Prix offers a blend of high-speed action (it is known for its challenging conditions) and vibrant atmosphere. Fans can expect thrilling wheel-to-wheel battles, strategic pit stops, and the roar of the world’s fastest cars.

F1 Pre-season Testing: a sneak peek into the future (26-28 February)

2025 will be the fifth consecutive year that Bahrain has been selected as the venue for F1 pre-season tests. This event, taking place in February, will bring together all ten F1 teams as they prepare for the upcoming FIA Formula 1 World Championship. It will also be the first opportunity for fans to see the 2025 race cars in action before the season.

We are already well underway for planning our 2025 race, where guests can expect a unique combination of spectacular racing and entertainment, with traditional Bahrain hospitality. We look forward to welcoming fans next year to The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East.”
