* Instead of one large meal try to have small portions of food.
•Try to include seasonal fruits in your diet, good for health, fresh & pocket friendly too.
* Curb down your entire meal by salads, curd, yogurt.
•Go for walk, yoga, meditation. Try to use steps instead of lifts.
* Good 6-7 hours of sleep. If possible power nap during day.
•Try to have murabba once a day.
* Include lemonade/lemon in your diet.
* Minimum of junk food.
* Minimal use of white salt/sugar & maida.
•Stay Hydrated.
Minimum 7-8 glasses of water.
More during day & less at night.
* Any one Dairy product daily.
Milk, Curd, Cheese.
* Open windows/doors for fresh air & sunlight.
* Take out 15 minutes of your precious time in a day, to do something which make you feel happy, healthy, comfortable.
Be it walk, cup of coffee, reading, writing, talking to someone, watching tv/movie.
* Try to retain some hobbies.
* Pray
* No matter how hard your life is... show Gratitude towards God/ Universe.
* Contribute to small charities. They are always soothing.
* Never underestimate the power of Warm Showers.
* Long Drives.
