A Case FIR No 17 U/S 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 26 Chandigarh on the complaint of one lady R/o # Sector 11 Chandigarh and others against Sahil Sandhu EIC Visa SCO No 17, 2^nd Floor Sector 7/C Chandigarh and others who cheated with complainant for Rs. 8,76,880/- to send them Luxembourg abroad regarding work permit. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Wrongfully to confine/criminal intimidation

A Case FIR No 21 U/S 115, 127(1), 351(3), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Jatinder Hans R/o # 192, Sector 41/A Chandigarh against Kapil Verma, Pawan Kumar, Vijay Kumar and 7-8 others boys attacked on Complainant and his son near Durga Mandir Sector 41/A Chandigarh on 01.02.2025. Both victims sustained injuries and were admitted in GH-16 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.
