In a order issued by Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh it has been further clarified that any violation of the directions shall be viewed seriously and the organizers shall be fully responsible for such violations and that MC Chandigarh shall bear no responsibility for the violations of MCC, if found during these events and full responsibility shall be borne by the organizers of these events, says the order.
