MANIMAJRA,19.03.24-Residents Welfare Association, MHC Sector-13 Chandigarh held its Annual Inter-Park competition yesterday. Colonel Gursewak Singh, President said that the objective is to generate healthy competitive spirit and thus ensure that the RWA parks are well maintained.
A team of Judges including an expert from the horticulture department inspected twelve RWA maintained parks.
Mr SA Qureshi explained that the judgement was based on parameters like, variety of flowers, quality of grass, hedges, landscaping and cleanliness .
Running trophies for the overall best maintained and the 2nd best park went to park 5163-5186 and park 5187-5210 respectively.
The cash prizes for the First, Second and Third position in each Categories of houses were given to the respective gardeners.
