Chandigarh: The 41st Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony of Post Graduate Government College Sector 46 was рдЖрдпреЛрдЬрд┐рдд to honor students for their remarkable achievements during the previous academic year.

The event commenced with a welcome address by Principal Dr. Anita Khosla, who warmly received the Chief Guest, Dr. Dalip Kumar, Registrar of Amity University Mohali. She also presented the annual report and expressed heartfelt appreciation for the dedication and accomplishments of both students and faculty. In her address, she reaffirmed the college’s strong commitment to academic excellence and holistic development.

A total of 47 Merit Certificates, 15 Roll of Honour awards, and 21 College Colour awards were presented to students in recognition of their outstanding achievements in academics, sports, and cultural activities, along with their significant contributions to the National Service Scheme (NSS) and National Cadet Corps (NCC).

In his address, Dr. Dalip Kumar congratulated the students and encouraged them to aim high. He highlighted three key strengths of the college, including its state-of-the-art infrastructure and the upcoming hostel facility, calling it a matter of pride. He emphasized excellence, character building, and holistic development. He urged students to understand and live by the college motto, “Light is Life,” and to actively participate in various institutional activities.

The presence of distinguished guests and faculty members added to the significance of the occasion. The formal vote of thanks was delivered by Dean Dr. Sneh Harshinder Sharma, who expressed gratitude to all attendees for their support and participation. Vice Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar also appreciated the efforts and achievements of the students.
