A Case FIR No 103 U/S 7 PC Act (Prevention of corruption act) and 199, 261, 262, 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of DSP SA. S.P.S Sondhi SDPO Central Chandigarh against Si jagmehar Singh, ASI Surender singh, Karan Vadhwa R/o # 1588 Sector 36 Chandigarh and Kunal Vadhwa R/o # 1588 Sector 36 Chandigarh. Si jagmehar Singh, ASI Surender singh were deployed from police line sector 26 Chandigarh to get the medical checkup of under trial prisoner Vikram Vadhwa who is in accused in the cases related to idfc bank fraud) by taking him model jail burail to GMSH-16 Chandigarh after the medical chek- up police official did not deposit UTP Vikram Vadhwa to modal jail, there was pre planned conspiracy of UTP Vikram Vadhwa and his two sons to flee accused vikram vadhwa from the law full custody, therefore, they allured police official by giving undue favour etc. to take him to Hotel city Sco no 202-203-204 Sector 17 Chandigarh so that from there he can flee. Police party headed by DSP SH. S.P.S Sondhi SDPO Central Chandigarh raided the hotel the following person were found present Si jagmehar Singh, ASI Surender singh, Karan Vadhwa, Kunal Vadhwa, Vikram Vadhwa under trial prisoner Vikram vadhwa is being deposited to model jail burail Chanidigarh as he is already in judicial custody on other cases and he will be arrested in the present case by obtaining permission from Hon'ble court. All accused have been arrested in Police Lock-up. Investigation of this case is in progress.
