Two arrested in Domestic Violence
A case FIR No. 131 U/S 80 BNS has been registered at PS Sector 26 on the complaint of Love Kumar, alleging that his sister Anita was subjected to continuous harassment and physical violence by the accused persons, which led her to commit suicide on 05-12-2025. Pankaj and Vijay have been arrested, while Meenakshi is absconding. Investigation is ongoing.
Cheating
A case FIR No. 92 U/S 319(2) BNS has been registered at Police Station Sector 03 on the complaint of a woman, alleging that an unknown accused misused her personal identity documents/details, causing wrongful loss. Investigation of the case is in progress.
A case FIR No. 96 U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered at police station Sarangpur on the complaint of a woman alleging that Seema cheated the complainant-company of ₹5 lakh on the pretext of gold purchase on 13-09-2022. Investigation is in progress.
A case FIR No. 94 U/S 420, 406 IPC has been registered at police station IT Park on complaint of Mahalovya Gauba, alleging the accused cheated the company of ₹3,52,425 in connection with commercial services/products. Investigation is ongoing.
