Chandigarh, 28.04.2026:In line with the ongoing Self Enumeration initiative, special exercises and camps were successfully conducted at key government establishments across the Union Territory to facilitate seamless participation of employees.
At the UT Secretariat, a dedicated self-enumeration exercise was carried out for the Secretariat staff within the Main Secretariat premises. Officials and employees actively participated in the process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of their details.
Similarly, self-enumeration activities were conducted at the Government Museum and Art Gallery, where staff members were guided and assisted in completing the process efficiently.
Further, special self-enumeration camps were organized at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH-32), Chandigarh, and Government Multi-Specialty Hospital (GMSH-16), Chandigarh, to facilitate healthcare staff. The camps witnessed enthusiastic participation, with on-the-spot assistance provided to ensure maximum coverage and ease of enumeration.
These initiatives are part of the Administration’s continued efforts to ensure comprehensive and accurate data collection through self-enumeration, with a focus on accessibility, awareness, and participation across all departments.
