CHANDIGARH, 30.11.24-: Maharishi Dayanand Public School, MDAV Bhawan, Daria, Chandigarh's Pre Primary and Primary classes Annual function concluded. The program was inaugurated by NRI Sudarshan Garg who had come from Chicago, USA and Area Councilor Bimla Dubey. NRI Sudarshan Garg was present as the chief guest said that study should not be done with stress but with the spirit of learning. Presence of mind is necessary to remain alert towards the events happening around. Knowledge helps a person to progress towards greatness. Life should be lived with laughter. It is necessary to love the younger ones and respect the elders while being disciplined. Study teaches the art of living. He said that he will always keep making efforts for the upliftment of the school as before.Councilor Bimla Dubey was as Guest of Honour. She motivated the students and praised the efforts being made by the school for the spread of education in the rural area. He said that parents also have an important responsibility in the upliftment of children. It is important to take out time for them. He said that children should also not forget their duties. They should also leave laziness and do their work themselves. Appreciating the achievements of the students, she inspired them to move forward with dedication and confidence. NRI Sudarshan Garg and Bimla Dubey were honored with the school's memento for doing commendable work for the upliftment of education in rural areas. Pre-primary children dressed in colorful costumes gave their charming performance on different songs. Expressing concern about environmental imbalance, students of primary classes gave the message through drama that trees should not be cut but they should be planted.Kids attracted everyone by dancing on the song of mother. Presenting the annual report, the school's principal Dr. Vinod Kumar Sharma expressed gratitude to the guests and parents present. He said that Maharishi Dayanand Public School is instilling discipline, hard work, patience, truthfulness, honesty etc. qualities in the students. He said that the teaching style of the school is completely different from other rural educational institutions. Emphasis is laid on practical studies along with theory. He congratulated the school staff and students for their hard work. The stage was managed by the students of primary classes of the school. At the end of the program, Bhangra made everyone dance.
