Mumbai,24.03.25-Raj Kundra is foraying into the Punjabi film space with his maiden project ‘Mehar’. Earlier, he announced the filming for the same in Mohali, and within thirty days, Raj Kundra has now completed the film’s shoot. Along with the cast, Raj has called it a wrap and took to his social media handle to share the celebration.
Raj Kundra shared a video with the film’s cast, showcasing them celebrating the shoot’s completion. Apart from the video, the caption read, “It’s a wrap! 30 days of hard work, passion, and unforgettable memories on Mehar! Big cheers to the entire team for making this journey incredible.
Directed by acclaimed Punjabi filmmaker Rakesh Mehta, the actor will be seen playing a distinct role in ‘Mehar’. The film, revolving around love, friendship, and life, also stars Geeta Basra, Master Agamveer Singh, Baninder Bunny, Savita Bhatti, Rupinder Rupi, Deep Mandeep, Ashish Duggal, Hobby Dhaliwal, Tarsem Paul, and Kulvir Sony. 'Mehar' is presented by DB Digitainment and Raghu Khanna. Produced by Divvya Bhatnagar and Raghu Khanna, the cinematography is helmed by Ashudeep Sharma.
As ‘Mehar’ is set to have a theatrical release on September 5, 2025, Raj Kundra has two more Punjabi films in the pipeline! Though the details of the same are yet to be unveiled, Raj will be seen exploring genres like action, drama, and comedy, promising a rollercoaster of entertainment for cinephiles.
