Jalandhar, 10.04.25-, With a vision to establish India as a self-reliant power-house of research and innovation, Lovely Professional University (LPU) has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the highest number of patent filings in the country for the academic year 2023-24. As per the Intellectual Property India Annual Report released by the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks, Government of India, LPU filed an impressive 1,418 patents, surpassing collective filings of institutions like the IITs (1,106 patents) and NITs (417 patents).
