A Case FIR No. 264 U/S 309, 351(2), 3(5) & add. 317(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Balwan Singh Nain R/O # 3092/1 Sec-44/B, Chandigarh against lady, Amit @ Sunny both ran away after snatched Mobile Phone, Voter Card, I/Card and cash Rs 850/- from complainant on knife point from cycle track near jungle area sector-43, Chandigarh on 19-12-2025.During the investigation accused Amit Kumar @ Sunny R/o # 1113 Sector-52, Chandigarh and lady # Sector-52, Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in snaching

A Case FIR No.265 U/S 304(2), 3(5) & Add. 317(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-36 Chandigarh on the complaint of lady R/o # Majitha Road Amritsar (Punjab) against 2 unknown ladies ran away after snatched 2 gold bangles from complainant near ISBT Sectot-43, Chandigarh on 23-12 2025. During the investigiton, lady R/o Distt-Sangrur (Punjab) (age-60 yrs) has been arrested in this case. Investigation of this case is in progress.
