Chandigarh, 07.01.26- :Renowned writer and journalist Hardeep Kaur, actively engaged in Punjabi literature and social issues, was honoured with the Sahityakara Kiran Bedi Award by the International Literary Sath, Chandigarh, in recognition of her continuous literary activities, socially connected writing, and significant contributions to literature.
Notably, Hardeep Kaur’s acclaimed book ‘Shamshan Ghaat Saungiyan’ has already earned a distinct identity in Punjabi literature. The book was released by Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, which is considered a major achievement in the literary world.
The guests were warmly welcomed by Rajvinder Singh Gaddu (President), Baljinder Kaur Shergill (General Secretary), Rajinder Singh Dhiman (Senior Vice President), and Dr Rajinder Renu (Vice President) of the organisation.
At the conclusion of the programme, the contributing writers featured in the book were honoured with books and mementoes.
