Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant

Chandigarh Police arrested lady R/o # Sector 41/A Chandigarh, manager of spa, sco no. 161-162 Sector-08/C, Chandigarh. Who failed to produce any record or proof of mandatory verification in respect of two employees found working at the premises. This omission constitutes a violation of district magistrate, Chandigarh order no. dm/ma/2026/447 dated 13.03.2026. A Case FIR No. 27 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-03 Chandigarh. During the investigation accused person later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One person arrested in Excise Act

A case FIR No. 52 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act and 318(4), 340(2), 341, 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-11 Chandigarh against Deepak Malik R/O Vill-Mahra, Sonipat, Haryana, and Maman R/o Indra Colony, Rohtak City, Haryana. Deepak Malik was apprehended from Gujrat Bhawan Sector-24, Chandigarh near service road on dated 06-04-2026 and recovered 1411 quarter of blue stroke whisky 180 ml along with white Renault tiger having fake no. UP-53-EE-7859 from their possession. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One person arrested in Ndps Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Manoj Mondal R/o Vill-Nada, Nayagaon Distt. Mohali, Punjab from Sector-23 parking near G.S.S.School Sector-23, Chandigarh on dated 06-04-2026 and recovered 1 kg 187 gm ganja from his possession. A Case FIR No.43 U/S 20 Ndps Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress

One person arrested in voluntarily causing hurt

A case FIR No. 45 U/S 115(2), 117( 2),126(2),3( 5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sarangpur Chandigarh on the complaint of Sumit Kumar R/o # 1826, Ews Colony Dhanas Chandigarh against Rakesh and Jora Both R/O House No. 1370, Ews Colony, Dhanas, they beaten to complainant near his residence. Complainant got injuries admitted to PGI Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 50 U/S 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 351(3), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Abhinav Chaudhary R/o Flat No. 802 Gh-7/A, Sector 24 Panchkula (Haryana) against Akash Rana R/o # 4169 Sector-46 Chandigarh & other they attack on complainant near gate no. 4, GMCH-32 Chandigarh on 05-04-2026. Victim sustained injuries admitted in GMCH-32 Chandigarh. During the investigation accused Akash Rana was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.
