Chandigarh Police arrested Rahul @ Chamunda R/o # 1631/2 Sector-30 Chandigarh from near Sector 29 C/D dividing road on 04-06 2026 and recovered one kamanidar knife from his possession. A case FIR No. 58 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One person arrested in Ndps Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Ashwani R/o Gali No. 03, Govind Nagar, Jhampur Punjab from near # 2052, EWS Colony Maloya Chandigarh on 04-06-2026 and recovered 8.05 gram heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No. 78 U/S 21 Ndps Act has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 74 U/S 281, 125/A BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 11 Chandigarh on the complaint of Umesh Sharma R/o # 1863 Aman Colony dhanas Chandigarh against driver of Activa no. CH-01-CK-3574 lady R/o not known who hit the complainant near Kali Mata Mandir 66 Kv Station to Dhanas Road on 31-05-2026, victim sustained injuries got admitted to GMSH-16 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Shravasti Uttar pradesh who set complainant’s shop SCF No, 310 Motor Market ManiMajra on fire and loss of property approx. 1.5 crore. During the investigation, the accused was arrested.
