Chandigarh, July 15: Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said the Hydrogen Train is a living example of the journey from 'Sankalp Se Siddhi' (Resolution to Achievement). He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, the resolve of building a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) is steadily progressing towards realization through modern technology, green energy, and an Atmanirbhar Bharat.
The Chief Minister said that the Hydrogen Train is not merely a new mode of transportation but also a symbol of India's new thinking, advanced technology, and indigenous capabilities. This project demonstrates that when the resolve is strong, success is inevitable. The initiative, which promotes green energy, will open new avenues for environmental protection, energy self-reliance, and economic prosperity.
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, India is rapidly moving towards a modern, clean, and self-reliant transportation system. The Hydrogen Train project is a reflection of this vision and will emerge as a new identity of a developed India.
Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that this important project, associated with Jind, is a matter of pride for Haryana. Chandigarh, July 15- Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, Sh. Shyam Singh Rana on Wednesday said Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi's visit to Jind on July 17 would mark a significant milestone in the state's development journey. He said the Prime Minister would dedicate development projects worth thousands of crores of rupees to Haryana and flag off the country's first hydrogen-powered train, ushering India into a new era of green and modern transportation.
The Cabinet Minister said Jind would also host its first eco-friendly public rally, generating tremendous enthusiasm among the public and party workers alike.
Sh. Shyam Singh Rana said that under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi at the Centre and Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini in Haryana is setting new benchmarks in development. He said the achievements of the double-engine government have positioned Haryana among the fastest-growing states in the country.

Haryana Government extends engagement of Part-II Outsourcing Policy employees till August 31
Chandigarh, July 15: The Haryana Government has decided to extend the contractual engagement of employees appointed under Part-II of the Outsourcing Policy for a further period of two months, from July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, to ensure continuity in government services.
According to instructions issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi, the extension will apply to Part-II employees engaged against sanctioned posts in various government departments, boards, corporations and public undertakings across the state. The decision has been taken after reconsidering the matter following the earlier extension that had remained valid up to June 30, 2026.
The department has clarified that the temporary extension will be subject to strict compliance with all the conditions prescribed under the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) Memo No. 8018 dated March 25, 2025.
