Chandigarh, September 2, 2026:Laghu Udyog Bharti (LUB), Chandigarh Unit, warmly welcomes the Working Guidelines issued by the Department of Industries, Chandigarh Administration for financial assistance to MSMEs under the RAMP Programme.

LUB Chandigarh President Shri Avi Bhasin expressed his sincere gratitude to Hon’ble Administrator Shri Gulab Chand Kataria Ji for his guidance and support towards the MSME sector.

He also thanked Shri Nishant Yadav, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Industries, Chandigarh Administration, and his entire team for this important MSME-friendly initiative.

The RAMP Programme offers financial assistance to eligible MSMEs towards rental, interest, ZED & LEAN certification, and film/content production. LUB also appreciates the provision for considering eligible expenses from 1st April 2024, as per the respective guidelines.

Shri Avi Bhasin said that the initiative will help reduce the financial burden on MSMEs, promote competitiveness, and strengthen Chandigarh’s industrial ecosystem.

LUB urges all eligible MSMEs and industrial units to take timely advantage of the benefits available under the RAMP Programme.
