Chandigarh Police arrested Shyamlal R/o # 753/2 Dera Sahib Mohalla, Manimajra Chandigarh from near kachhi parking near Shivalik park Manimajra Chandigarh on 29-09-2026, While consuming heroin using foil paper, lighter and 10 rupee currency note recovered from his possession. A Case FIR No. 106 U/S 27 ndps act has been registered at Manimajra Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Abhishek R/O # 1031, NIC Manimajra Chandigarh from back side bus stop near kishangarh chowk, Chandigarh on 29-09-2026, While consuming heroin using foil paper, lighter and 10 rupee currency note recovered from his possession. A Case FIR No. 102 U/S 27 ndps act has been registered at IT PARK Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Harsh R/O # 251, Sector 56 Chandigarh from near RC-1 School, EWS flat Maloya Chandigarh on 29-09-2026 and recovered 8.48 grams Heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No 131 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chnadigar. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating case

A Case FIR No.140 U/S 318(4), 316(2) bns & 24 immigration act has been registered at Police Station 17 on the complaint of Lakhvir Singh and others R/o # Vill. Beli District Rupnagar Punjab against Rohit Shetti and others SCO no. 78-79 Sector-17/D, Prime Immigration Chandigarh they cheated with complainant’s Rs 30,19,949/- regarding work visa and Tourist Visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cyber Cheating

A Case FIR No.164 U/S 318(4), 319(2), 33693), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered at Police Station Cyber Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of lady R/o # Sector 38 Chandigarh against unknown person who cheated complainant for Rs. 1,90,001/- by downloading APK file. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No 83 U/S 281, 125(A), 125(B) BNS has been registered has been registered in Police Station Sarangpur Chandigarh on the complaint of Sanyam Village Madina District Rohtak Haryana against driver of thar no CH01CH-3376 who hit to complainant TVS extreme motor cycle no HR-77F-9007 near lake dhanas on 28.09.2026. Victim rider and pillion rider sustained injuries and were admitted in Hospital. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Theft

A Case FIR No 105 U/S 305, 331(3) BNS has been registered in Police Station Manimajra Chandigarh on the complaint of Sanjay Kumar r/o # 1000/2. Mori gate Manimajra Chandigarh against unknown person who stole cash Rs. 88000/- silver and gold jewellery and documents from complainant house on 26.09.2026. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 112 U/s 351(4), 61(2)(A) BNS, 52 A(1) PUNJAB PRISONS ACT 2011 & 66F IT ACT has been registered at PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Gobind Singh Randhawa, Advocate Punjab Haryana High Court, Chd. against an unknown person who threatened him by calling on his mobile on 22.09.26.
