CHANDIGARH, 05.10.26-In the heart of Chandigarh, true leadership is measured not by words, but by actions that uplift the community. Shri Jay J Singh, President of Residents Welfare Association (RWA) Sector 48 had demonstrated his unwavering commitment to the youth and residents of Sectors 48 to 51.

Under his dynamic leadership, RWA-48 earlier organised a grand Recognition Ceremony at the Community Centre, Sector 46, Chandigarh. Forty-two meritorious students of Classes 10 and 12 from co-operative house building societies in Sectors 48–51 were honoured for their outstanding academic achievements.Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Manish Tewari graced the occasion as Chief Guest and awarded Certificates of Merit and Trophies to the bright young achievers. Addressing the students, he advised them to look beyond textbooks, emphasising the challenges and opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence and rapid technological advancements.

This meaningful event is a shining example of Jay J Singh’s vision — recognising talent, encouraging excellence, and investing in the future of our children. By bringing the community together and facilitating direct interaction with elected representatives, he continues to bridge the gap between residents and governance.

As Chandigarh prepares for the forthcoming municipal elections, the residents of Sector 48 and neighbouring areas stand firmly with a leader who delivers results on the ground — a leader who celebrates academic brilliance, strengthens community bonds, and works tirelessly for the welfare of every family.
