Chandigarh Police arrested Shahnawaz Ahmad R/o #103/3, New Darshani Bag Manimajra Chandigarh from near Govt. Senior Secondary School MHC Manimajra Chandigarh on 12.10.2026 and recovered one kamanidar knife from his possession. A Case FIR No 110 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in Police Station Manimajra Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.
Chandigarh Police arrested Akshay R/o #1274, Phase-1 Ramdarbar Chandigarh and Rohit R/o # 1438, Phase-1 Ramdarbar Chandigarh from naka at 3 BRD to Ramdarbar Chandigarh on 12.10.2026 and recovered one kamanidar knife from Akshay and toy pistol from Rohit along with splendor motor cycle bike no CH01AE-4392 without helmet. A Case FIR No 192 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 31 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.
One person arrested in NDPS Act
Chandigarh Police arrested Chhotu Kumar R/o # 231 Behlana Chandigarh from near jungle area old airport road Behlana on 12.10.2026 and recovered 1.075 kilo gram ganja from his possession. A Case FIR no 193 U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 31 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 191 U/S 305 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Vijay Mann R/o # 3089/1 Sector 47/D Chandigarh against unknown person who stole away silver coins , silver tumbler and cash Rs. 5000/- from his house. Investigation of this case is in progress.
A Case FIR No 165 U/S 303(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Manoj Kumar R/o # 432 Sector 78/D Mohali Punjab against unknown person who stole away complainant gold jewellery along with a diamond pendent from Landmark Hospital Sector 33 Chandigarh on 10.10.2026.
