CM congratulates Congress candidates on victory in Rohru Municipal Council elections

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has congratulated all victorious candidates, office bearers of the Congress party and dedicated party workers on the resounding victory of Congress-supported candidates in the Rohru Municipal Council elections.

The Chief Minister said that the overwhelming public support received by Congress-backed candidates in the urban local body elections reflects the people’s faith in the welfare-oriented policies, public welfare schemes and development-focused initiatives of the Congress government.

He said that the people of the state have expressed confidence in the transparent, sensitive and accountable functioning of the Congress Government.

Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu further said that the victory would serve as a source of renewed energy and inspiration for the Congress party and would motivate the government to work with greater commitment towards inclusive development, public welfare and good governance in the state.
